Sessions will take place at Athens Church (Atlanta Highway location). 

Every year, we are able to offer a limited amount of scholarships to families with extenuating circumstances. While we can not promise financial assistance, our goal is for as many students to be able to experience The Mix as possible. You can find the link for the scholarship application here!

Totally up to you! There will be plenty of food at meals, but you never know when your student needs a little boost.

We recommend your student bring the following items each day:

Clothes - comfortable clothes for the weather, sweatshirt/jacket

Bible, notebook, pen

Refillable water bottle

Small group leaders and background-checked volunteers will transport students throughout the weekend in their personal vehicles and/or rental vehicles. We ask that students not transport themselves during the weekend.

Students will need their own transportation for drop-off in the morning and pick-up at night.

For 2026, there will be no host homes for InsideOut or Transit.

Middle school students will need to be picked up after each session on Friday and Saturday night at the Middle school doors. If your student has a phone, make sure they are checking it to find you. Otherwise, designate with your student a pick up time and location during check in.

We care about your student’s safety. Please indicate any food allergies in your student’s registration.

While we discourage students leaving The Mix throughout the weekend, we understand that some students may have prior obligations. If your student needs to leave The Mix for a period of time, please complete this Time Away form so we know when to expect your student

To ensure a safe and excellent experience for all students, there are a few things that will cause your student to be removed from the retreat. This includes fighting, leaving the campus or host home away from their small group, inappropriate behavior with guys and girls, and drugs, alcohol, and any form of tobacco.
