ldp application

Welcome to the Athens Church Leadership Development Program (LDP) application! The Leadership Development Program consists of two different opportunities. First, we have a Summer LDP (May-August). The 9-month LDP (August - April) functions as a part-time leadership role (20 hours per week). The LDP is designed to be a leadership journey that combines hands-on experience in a key area of ministry with practical leadership training. Each LDP staff is expected to spend time working in a specific area of ministry and participating in leadership trainings.

Note: this application includes several essay questions that may take a while to answer. To avoid losing your work, before starting the application, we recommend typing your answers to the essay questions in Microsoft Word and saving them to your computer. When you are finished, you can fill out the application and copy-and-paste the essay question answers into this form.
